So let’s talk about how amazing these wipes are!!!! Those of you that follow me on Instagram know I posted a picture of these wipes saying I was giving them a try because target was out of my elf wipes. So I got home and later on removed my makeup with them and it removed my WATERPROOF MASCARA !!!!! My elf wipes never did that, they always just soften the mascara but never COMPLETELY REMOVED IT!!!
